TMW Switch to Fix

The Mortgage Works (TMW) is the broker-facing, specialist lending division of Nationwide Building Society.

mark-making* has worked consistently with TMW since creating the original brand identity and creative strategy in 2006, evolving the design language and implementing it across all brand touchpoints on and offline.

The key objective of this campaign was to raise awareness amongst brokers of TMW’s Switch to Fix feature on its Buy to Let products, and ultimately drive new business for its range of tracker mortgages.

The integrated activity included trade press advertising, online communications and exhibition material.

In independent research carried out by BDRC, the press advert proved to be the highest performing creative of any lender to date in terms of awareness and unprompted willingness to recommend (UPWTR).
