We’re part office and part home-based. Two days a week are in the agency, with Tuesdays and Thursdays being mandatory (so we all get to be together!). You can flex your eight-hour working day between 8am and 6pm – with our core working hours from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm.
As part of our agency initiative to keep working life the best it can be at mark-making*, we regularly hold sessions to nourish mind, body and soul. From yoga to posture to breathing and more, we take a holistic view on looking after the team. We also serve up fresh fruit every week, to help you stay on top of your five-a-day.
We include a four-times-basic-salary life assurance cover, as well as optional participation in our company private medical insurance scheme with Vitality.
We work in a light and characterful three-storey Cotswold stone office, once owned by the late, great Ronnie Barker. It gives off a modern agency vibe, with various breakout areas to encourage creative thinking and collaborative working. Our Sonos sound system plays relentlessly – we’re big fans of a good playlist to get us through the day!
When the mood takes us, we like nothing more than to shut down our Macs and engage in an all-expenses-paid team activity – often out of the office and followed by dinner & drinks. Past activities have included pottery, lino printing and typography workshops, clay pigeon shooting and panic room escaping!
Our pension scheme is available to all mark-makers following successful completion of their probationary period. You pump in as much of your salary as you like, and we’ll help things along with a healthy 5% contribution.
