Our challenge was to bring A-Plan’s unique proposition to life via an integrated campaign to launch new branches in three new towns.
The solution was to feature the individual brand managers for each location in every piece of marketing collateral, to highlight the personal nature of A-Plan’s service.
Putting a ‘real’ face to the brand that customers could identify with from the outset and recognise when later dealing with A-Plan, instantly set the insurance provider apart from the ‘faceless’ generic online services that typify the industry.
Recognising the price-led nature of insurance purchasing, the creative also featured simple graphic devices to house key price messages.
The creative was delivered via outdoor media, door drops, inserts, press advertising and radio.
Results to date are extremely encouraging, with sales targets well on track.
