Ali along with friend and 79 Group MD Alex Claridge and are taking on the self-imposed challenge of cycling the length of Wales in just one day. From Colwyn Bay to Oxwich Bay, the 300km route will involve negotiating 12,000ft+ of mountains, hills and valleys and no doubt a few sheep along the way.

The pair are aiming to raise over £5k for the charity Help for Heroes, though they may need a little help themselves after this.
